Our Three Levels of Protection
1. Guardian Basic Program
This is our foundational level of protection, focused on keeping pests from entering your home.
What’s included:
- Exterior treatment targeting spiders, ants, and common invaders
- Crack and crevice treatments to block entry points
- Granular essential oil applications throughout landscaped areas and lawns
- Coverage extending out toward the fence line (for most homes)
This creates a powerful perimeter barrier, stopping pests before they ever make it inside.
2. Guardian Plus Program
Everything in the Basic Program—plus enhanced protection where it matters most. A minimum of two exterior stations, customized to your needs:
- Rodent stations
- Mosquito stations
Our mosquito solution is especially unique:
- Designed to attract and trap mosquitoes
- Uses a biological agent (naturally occurring bacteria) that eliminates larvae
The result? A more comfortable outdoor space where you can enjoy Central Coast evenings without the nuisance of mosquitoes.
3. Guardian Gold Program
Our most comprehensive and detailed service. Includes everything in Basic and Plus, along with full spiderweb removal.
Detailed webbing of:
- Windows and door
- Eaves and overhangs
- Sheds and outbuildings
- Garbage bin areas
This service doesn’t just protect—it restores the look and feel of your home, eliminating the nuisance (and discomfort) of spider webs.
